Day 63: I was quiet. My husband and I stayed home all day. We did our own thing. We didn’t talk much but it was good. I think because we’re introverts, sometimes we need time to catch up on the quiet. Some weeks I feel like my mouth has moved faster than my brain and it makes me feel nuts. Last week was one of them and it was good to have a day of silence to regroup.
