A Page from My Inbox: Wise Words from the Professor’s Daughter

1950s Woman Cooking

“I took an enthralling class last night on energy and touch. To start off, we closed our eyes and thought something simple and true about ourselves — ‘My name is [the Professor’s Daughter’s name].’ We were to pay attention to how that felt and where we felt it. Then, we were to think about something completely untrue about ourselves — ‘My name is Fernando.’ As soon as I thought it, my chest clinched up and my breathing became labored and shallow, whereas I felt centered and at peace at the truth. It’s hard to summarize the impact of a 3-hour class here but, yes, there’s something about positive vs. negative energy, truth vs. untruth, that we’re able to tap into if we tune in.”

Secret Sixteen, Revealed. The Professor’s Daughter’s name is not Fernando.
