My parents divorced when I was older, but my mom especially realized the impact it had on us kids and has apologized numerous times. Personally, as I watch friends and family dissolve thier relationships, it makes me grab my husband and hold onto our relationship even more. But I think if I were borderline unhappy, seeing everyone else choosing the easy way out might seem attractive too. It’s an on-going decision not to take the easy way out.
